FAQsHow much weight can I expect to lose on the Prolean Wellness weight loss program?

There are many factors that will determine the amount of weight lost. Our experience has shown that people regularly lose 1/2 pound to 1 pound per day. Following the plan set out will be crucial to your success.

 

I am eating very little for the first 6 weeks, will I be hungry?

After the 1st week of the program – most clients find that they are not hungry when they stick to the plan of 5 meals per day – even though they are small meals.

 

I’ve tried low calorie diets before, and don’t seem to have the energy to go through my day – will this be the case on this diet?

Most people actually feel more energy when they are on the Prolean Wellness hCG weight loss plan.

 

How much contact will I have with Prolean Wellness for the duration of my program?

You will be able to come in for weekly progress checks. We will be there to answer any questions you might have. This is definitely a “full service” program. We know that you will have more success if you have support along the way.

 

What is the biggest obstacle to losing weight?

When a person tries to lose weight through a calorie-restrictive diet or exercise, he or she only addresses the surface issues. He or she tends to overlook one crucial thing – the real reason why he or she is overweight.

 

In order to lose weight and keep it off, the underlying issues – the root cause – must be addressed. This includes emotional overeating and subconscious (sometimes conscious) self sabotage.
