Crispy Green Beans

Crispy Green Beans:

green bean recipe with onion, butter, parsley, thyme, tarragon, basil, chives, and lemon:

-5 cups fresh French Green Bean Stalks
-nonstick cooking spray
-salt and pepper, to taste
-paprika, to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray non-sticking cooking spray on pan.

2. In a large bowl, toss the clean/wet de-stemmed green beans with spices.

3. Pour the green beans onto the baking sheet and bake until crisp, which is about 12-18 minutes. Cool slightly before serving with protein!
-Makes 2-3 servings (1 vegetable)

I brought this to a lot of parties & it's always a big hit. It has a great appearance & is a good change of pace salad. Emeril's recipes are always good, not hard to make either.:
