Apple Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped apples (~2 small-medium apples)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
