13 Aug Apple Cinnamon Maca Smoothie
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 Fuji apple
- 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder
- 1.5 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract or 1 whole vanilla bean
- 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 1 dropper stevia (vanilla or English toffee; optional)
- Handful of ice
- Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
