Apple Cinnamon Maca Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 fiji apple
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder
1.5 tsp. maca powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract or 1 whole vanilla bean
1 tbsp. flaxseed, ground
1 dropper stevia (vanilla or English toffee; optional)
Handful of ice
Directions:
Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy 🙂
