03 Aug Carb-Free Waffles
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein isolate
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp water
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 packet Stevia; 1 tsp. granules (optional, SweetLeaf vanilla)
- 1/2 tbsp. Vitafiber Syrup
- 1 dropper English Toffee Stevia
- Mix all ingredients.
- Add to waffle iron that has been coated with non-stick spray. Cook 2-3 minutes or until golden.
- Remove, and add toppings of your choice.
