Chocolate Cauliflower Mousse


  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Great Lakes gelatin (red can) vegans sub agar
  • 1 tsp stevia


  1. Steam cauliflower until soft.
  2. In a high-speed blender, puree cauliflower.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
  4. Pour into serving cups and refrigerate at least 3 hours. You can also put them in the freezer for 20 minutes first to speed up the process.
