Chocolate Chip Mint Smoothie


  • 1 2/3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • Large handful mint leaves and spinach
  • 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein (MRM)
  • 1 generous pinch of powdered stevia or 1 dropper peppermint stevia
  • Small handful of ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs (raw, unsweetened)


  1. Blend all ingredients besides the cacao in a blender or processor.
  2. Add cacao nibs on top and enjoy!
