Cinnamon Bun CauliOats


  • 1- 1½ cups cooked cauliflower rice, cooled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey isolate (optional)
  • ½ c. unsweetened almond or cashew milk (PHASE 2) or water!
  • 1½ tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (if permitted; optional)
  • stevia, to taste
  • PHASE 2: 1 tsp. walnuts
  • PHASE 2: 1 tbs. coconut butter


  1. In a large bowl combine the cooled cauliflower rice, protein powder, milk or water and cinnamon.
  2. Once combined, top with berries, walnuts and coconut butter (optional).
  3. Enjoy with stevia to taste!
