Cinnamon Bun CauliOats
Bursting with flavor this bowl of cinnamon bun caulioats is the perfect breakfast or pre workout meal! If you are trying to get more veggies in your day then this vegan, gluten free, paleo, whole30 approved breakfast is for you!! |

  • 1- 1½ cups cooked cauliflower rice, cooled
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey isolate (optional)
  • ½ c. unsweetened almond or cashew milk (phase 2) OR WATER!
  • 1½ tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (if permitted; optional)
  • 1 tsp. walnuts (PHASE 2 OPTION)
  • 1 tbs. coconut butter (PHASE 2 OPTION)
  • stevia, to taste


    1. In a large bowl combine the cooled cauliflower rice, protein powder, milk or water and cinnamon.
    2. Once combined, top with berries, walnuts and coconut butter.(optional)
    3. Enjoy with stevia to taste !
