Cinnamon Bun CauliOats
- 1- 1½ cups cooked cauliflower rice, cooled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, whey isolate (optional)
- ½ c. unsweetened almond or cashew milk (phase 2) OR WATER!
- 1½ tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 cup blueberries (if permitted; optional)
- 1 tsp. walnuts (PHASE 2 OPTION)
- 1 tbs. coconut butter (PHASE 2 OPTION)
- stevia, to taste
- In a large bowl combine the cooled cauliflower rice, protein powder, milk or water and cinnamon.
- Once combined, top with berries, walnuts and coconut butter.(optional)
- Enjoy with stevia to taste !
