13 Jan Crockpot Chicken Fajita Soup
Ingredients:
Two pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
Two 10 oz cans diced tomatoes
Two cups chicken or bone broth
Two tablespoons taco seasoning (no sugar)
Two teaspoons minced garlic
One onion – chopped/minced
One green pepper – chopped
One red pepper – chopped
Add all ingredients to slow cooker/crockpot, stir and cook on low 6-8 hours
