Cucumber Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 whole cucumber
• Cilantro to taste
• 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
• 1/2 tsp. cumin
• Juice of one lemon
• 3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp Stevia

Directions

Put in a blender and puree. Add 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (PHASE 2 option).
