How much weight can I expect to lose on the Prolean Wellness weight loss program?

There are many factors that will determine the amount of weight lost. Our experience has shown that people can lose 1/2 pound to 1 pound per day. Following the plan set out is crucial to your success.

Will I be hungry on this program?

After the first week of the program, most clients find that they are not hungry when they stick to the plan of five meals per day.  We find that many of our clients have a hard time eating as much as we ask them to eat.

I’ve tried low calorie diets before and don’t seem to have the energy to go through my day. Will this be the case on the Prolean Wellness plan?

This is not a calorie-restrictive program.  You will be given a customized nutrition plan to ensure your muscle mass is protected.  Most people report feeling more energy on the Prolean Wellness weight loss plan.

How much contact will I have with Prolean Wellness for the duration of my program?

Ideally, we would like to have you come in for weekly progress checks where we will answer any questions you might have. This is definitely a “full service” program. We know that you will have more success if you have support along the way.

What is the biggest obstacle to losing weight?

The biggest obstacle is simply being unaware of the true problem. When a person tries to lose weight through a calorie-restrictive diet or exercise, he or she only addresses surface issues, like the number on the scale. Most people overlook the reasons they are overweight.
