10 Aug Gingerbread Protein Cookies
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all the ingredients and drop in heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment or Silpat.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies completely cool before removing them onto a plate or tin.
