Makes about 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond/cashew milk, unsweetened vanilla
- 2 tsp. raw cacao powder, unsweetened (de-fatted for Phase 1)
- 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 handful mint leaves
- 1 tsp. moringa/spirulina/chlorella blend (powdered greens)
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract (essential oils or peppermint stevia)
- 1/2 tsp. Stevia (more or less to taste) , powdered
- 1/2 banana, frozen (PHASE 3 or Maintenance) or 1/4 avocado (PHASE 2)
- 2 tsp. hemp seeds (PHASE 2)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients with ice.
