- 1/2 scoop collagen (1 scoop Vital Protein)
or whey protein
- 1 tsp. MCT oil
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk (or any nut milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup of monk fruit or 2 tbsp. stevia
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Puree the ingredients until smooth and then pour into a bowl. Add chia, hemp seeds, or blueberries on top!
