Makes 10 pancakes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 large eggs
- 4 tbsp butter, grass-fed
- 2 scoops (62g) protein powder (MRM)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Sugar-free maple syrup (for topping) We use this!
In a food processor or large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and eggs. It is easiest to use room temperature butter and cream cheese.
Add the protein powder to the wet ingredient mixture and mix until fully combined.
Heat a skillet on medium heat. Pour in the pancake batter and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
