Lemon Roasted Broccoli


  • head of broccoli (2-3 cups)
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Generous sprinkle of sea salt


  1. Remove broccoli stems and separate into similar-sized florets.
  2. Spread out on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over broccoli and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and roast at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
