13 Aug Minty Mocha Iced Latte
Makes 1 latte
Ingredients
- ½ cup strong coffee or espresso, chilled
- 6 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp stevia (preferably peppermint mocha liquid by SweetLeaf)
- 1 tsp chocolate protein powder (MRM whey isolate) or unsweetened, de-fattened cocoa
Directions
- In a small pot, heat almond milk over low heat.
- Add fresh mint leaves, and heat for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and strain off mint leaves.
- Stir in sweetener and cocoa powder or protein powder.
- Add ice cubes to a large glass. Pour in chilled coffee.
