02 Jul P3 ProLean Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats
- 3 Egg whites (1/2 cup)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla MRM Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Blueberries (or other berries)
- ½ tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tbsp. Treleafia (or pure powdered stevia)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients (except the cooking spray).
- Coat a pan with cooking spray (zero calorie) and place over medium heat.
- After a few minutes, pour on the pancake batter until it covers the pan in a thin layer.
- Cook the pancakes about 1 min on each side or until they are fully cooked.
