07 Aug Parsley Avocado Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 small avocado
- ½ bunch parsley, washed
- Juice of 2-3 lemons (2 large, or 3 tiny ones)
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (Use 1/2 cup broth for Phase 1)
- 1 cup water
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Direction
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender till smooth. Serve.
