29 Mar PB & J Protein Mug Cake
PB & J Protein Mug Cake:
- 1 scoop protein powder, chocolate peanut butter Isonatural
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp. creamy all natural peanut butter (phase 2)
- ¼ cup almond milk or cashew milk, unsweetened
- 1 dropper stevia (optional)
- 1 tbsp. of mashed blueberries (fruit permitted)
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed (phase 2 optional)
- Combine protein powder, baking powder, and flax (optional for phase 2) in your mug. Stir with a fork until well-combined.
- PHASE 2: Add in peanut butter, almond milk, and stevia.
- Stir until smooth batter is formed.
- Place in the microwave for 1 minute. If not yet cooked, continue cooking in 15-minute increments until a fork/toothpick comes out clean.
- Top with mashed blueberries if you would like 🙂
