Phase Three Prolean Pancakes

Makes 2 pancakes


  • 1/3 cup steel-cut oats
  • 3 egg whites (1/2 cup)
  • 1 scoop vanilla MRM protein powder
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (or other berries)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Treleafia (or pure powdered stevia)
  • Non-stick cooking spray


  1. Blend all the ingredients (except the cooking spray).
  2. Coat a pan with cooking spray (zero calorie) and place over medium heat.
  3. After a few minutes,  pour on the pancake batter until it covers the pan in a thin layer.
  4. Cook the pancakes about 1 min on each side or until they are fully cooked.
