16 Aug Phase Three Prolean Pancakes
Makes 2 pancakes
- 1/3 cup steel-cut oats
- 3 egg whites (1/2 cup)
- 1 scoop vanilla MRM protein powder
- 1/2 cup blueberries (or other berries)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Treleafia (or pure powdered stevia)
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Blend all the ingredients (except the cooking spray).
- Coat a pan with cooking spray (zero calorie) and place over medium heat.
- After a few minutes, pour on the pancake batter until it covers the pan in a thin layer.
- Cook the pancakes about 1 min on each side or until they are fully cooked.
