02 Oct Stuffed Bell Peppers
- 3 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 1 green bell pepper (halved)
- Cut bell pepper in half.
- Place on skillet.
- Put 9 tbsp of egg whites into bell pepper.
- Put one whole egg on top of the bell pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
