pepper eggGreen Stuffed Bell Peppers:


  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (half)
  • Pepper and thyme for a topping


  1. Cut bell pepper in half
  2. Place on skillet
  3. Put 9 tbsp of egg whites into half of a green bell pepper
  4. Put 1 whole egg on top
  5. Season
  6. Let simmer for on medium-low heat with a cover on pan for about 5-10 minutes until fully cookedCalories: 179; Fat= 6 g; Carbs= 4 g; Sugar= 4 g.
