15 Aug Sugar-Free Fruitless Fruit Snacks
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 4 berry flavored herbal teabags (such as mixed berry)
- 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (Great Lakes brand; or you can use Agar powder instead)
- 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener or Treleafia
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Berry Liquid Stevia (or flavor of your choice)
Directions
- Boil the water in a pot on the stove or in the microwave.
- Add 4 tea bags and let it steep for 15 minutes.
- Discard the tea bags.
- Stir in the grass-fed gelatin until dissolved.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour into popsicle molds or in a 9 by 13 pan.
- Use a cookie cutter to make fruit snacks.
- Refrigerate until set, 2-3 hours.
NOTES
- This recipe is not a good source of nutrients. It’s a great option when you have a sweet craving!
