Sugar-Free Fruitless Fruit Snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 4 berry flavored herbal teabags (such as mixed berry)
  • 3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (Great Lakes brand; or you can use Agar powder instead)
  • 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener or Treleafia
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Berry Liquid Stevia (or flavor of your choice)

Directions

  1. Boil the water in a pot on the stove or in the microwave.
  2. Add 4 tea bags and let it steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Discard the tea bags.
  4. Stir in the grass-fed gelatin until dissolved.
  5. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Pour into popsicle molds or in a 9 by 13 pan.
  7. Use a cookie cutter to make fruit snacks.
  8. Refrigerate until set, 2-3 hours.

NOTES

  • This recipe is not a good source of nutrients. It’s a great option when you have a sweet craving!
