15 Aug Thai Chicken Cabbage Wrap
Ingredients
PEANUT SAUCE
- 1-2 tablespoons Bragg’s Amino Acids
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsps powdered peanut butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a blender and set aside.
CHICKEN MIXTURE
- 1 serving chicken breast
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Mince chicken breast and mix ingredients together.
Directions
- You can use boiled or fresh cabbage (or any lettuce) leaves.
- To make the wraps, immerse green cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 5 seconds until they turn a brighter green.
- Remove from the water and stuff with the chicken mixture above.
- Spoon sauce over top.
- Wrap and eat!
