- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 1/4 cup pepitas
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Vitafiber Syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or English toffee liquid stevia
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan sea salt (or less)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl then tranfer to baking dish.
- Bake for 20 mins or less.
- Remove from oven and cut into bars while hot.
- Let cool then transfer to fridge and store in airtight container there.
