02 Aug Tumeric Greek Yogurt Marinade
Ingredients
- 2 tbs fresh-grated turmeric
- 1 tbs fresh-grated ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of one large lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- Fresh-ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together, then pour over the boneless chicken (or thighs).
- Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours (overnight is better).
