Makes 1 serving


  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  •  2 tbsp. fat-free or low-fat cream cheese (or full-fat for keto)
  •  2 tsp stevia (Sweet Leaf powder)
  •  2 tsp almond milk, unsweetened


Mix everything together thoroughly in a bowl and refridgerate for about 10 minutes before consuming.
