27 Sep “Zoodles”: Zucchini Noodles
- 1 large zucchini
- 2 tsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
- Suggested veggies: diced Roma tomatoes, asparagus
- Suggested herbs/spices: oregano, peppercorn, ginger, curry, basil, garlic
- Spiralizer tool for veggies
- Spiralize zucchini into noodles.
- Mix Liquid Aminos with zoodles if the zucchini is dry.
- Place on medium heat skillet for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Mix in suggested veggies and herbs of your choice and use a homemade tomato sauce if desired.
- Pair with a protein serving.
