“Zoodles”: Zucchini Noodles


  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 tsp Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • Suggested veggies: diced Roma tomatoes, asparagus
  • Suggested herbs/spices: oregano, peppercorn, ginger, curry, basil, garlic
  • Spiralizer tool for veggies


  1. Spiralize zucchini into noodles.
  2. Mix Liquid Aminos with zoodles if the zucchini is dry.
  3. Place on medium heat skillet for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Mix in suggested veggies and herbs of your choice and use a homemade tomato sauce if desired.
  5. Pair with a protein serving.
